If you have 4matic all wheel drive and it only vibrates when you accelerate, not much in park then it's one of the front CV axles

My car doesn’t vibrate at stops but at 2000rpm i can feel a light vibration and hesitation on acceleration. Not to rev but for the power to hit from the engine having to move the chassis
