When almost everyone in India be in love with someone only to ditch them at the last minute for an arranged marriage or because they lack the balls to marry the lover, we have sumit who fought to be with Jenny someone who's older than his parents and hated by the family and society. Jenny is very expressive; she loves to hug; she told Sumit she thought he was cute when he finally revealed his true identity and I don’t think he was used to that. He stated that even his mom never told him he was cute. I understand that some people/cultures are more reserved and express love by providing physical things, but the little things like what Jenny does count so much in any relationship.

I won’t lie, I’m one of the skeptics who never thought they would make it this far, because the odds seemed to be stacked against them. However, they always seem happy, laughing or smiling and both of their faces glow. So, yeah, I am happy for them. Glad Jenny is the voice of reason with respect to buying that property.

Jenny always takes the slightest gesture from his mom as a complete acceptance. The mom doesn't accept Jenny, she just accepted that there is nothing she can do about it when their story is being filmed for the whole world to watch and judge. She even implied that to the camera at 7:18 saying "Yeah, cos what else can I do". She just accepted defeat for now so that she won't appear as a total villain on camera anymore. I am sure her feelings towards Jenny are still negative when the cameras aren't rolling. 😏
