An interesting analysis of the New Rich! You name-dropped Naval, a couple of others in the same ecosystem would be Dan Koe, Hamza, and some others. I think one of the biggest obstacles that you see is through the proliferation of results such as "X number of dollars made after 4 months" or similar type of videos.

A lot of folks fail to realize that people put in years of silent effort in the background and years of failing when it came to certain things for their current projects to work. I struggle with that right now for this YouTube channel and other creative projects in the background.

Some real gems in here. For health I agree about sleep and by cutting sugars and cutting processed carbs (pasta, bread, etc) I've dropped nearly 30 lbs in the last six months with little effort and almost no strain to my self-discipline.
