Ive Watched the movie about the judds from the 90s, wys doc from 22' and I've read her book this is gonna be another hard watch but so good. I'm differently watching this i love Wy ❤

The Judds are my favorite too, but some stories are best not put in the public eye.

Naomi was a MAJOR TEXTBOOK narcissist---and Ashley was "The Golden Child", and Wynonna was "The Scapegoat" child !!! My heart has ached for Wynonna, many times, as I was raised with not 1, not 2, but THREE narcissists, and I know, all too well, how they can almost lie and manipulate the life, right outta ya---and, lemme tell ya, gaslighting is my absolute favorite, of all manipulations, and narcs are a rmed to the teeth, with that technique!!! I have seen, with my own eyes, Naomi do it to Wynonna---I've seen them, in concert !!!
I have thought, several times, that I would give, almost anything, to talk to Wynonna, to make sure she knew it wasn't her, it was her mother, who was nuts; but, unfortunately, narcs do their job, so well, that nobody believes you, when you try to warn them!!! A textbook action of a narc, is to gather people.... They make people fall in love with them!!! Just as a dictator, or bully, fears the people they rule-over/bully, because they know that one day they could rear-up, against them, a narc knows that one day, someone will see through the façade, and say something; but, if they're extremely nice to everyone, no one will believe that they are, instead, horrible people!!!

Wynonna, thank goodness, saw that something wasn't right, and would, often, break-away from her mother, but Naomi would just reel her back, in, cuz whaddya gonna do; it's your mother!!! 😢

My Sweet Angel Westie called Scruffy was extremely fast…He was also an excellent soccer player where he would run with the ball but forget there other team members lol We would be five of us trying to catch him and he would do his famous runs like the one you see here on video…I miss my Angel Scruffy so much ❤❤❤❤

The docuseries really danced around the actual truth which is ironic since the shows called “truth be told”. Naomi was clearly a narcissistic mother whom abused wynona all her life. And on a last ditch attempt to pay wy back for having the audacity to walk away from the abusive relationship, she sjot herself the day before wy was inducted into hall of fame. Not to mention the leaked photo of the suicide note insisting she didn’t want her oldest daughter at the funeral because she’s “mentally ill.”
