I went through this exact moment last week where my mom noticed, I used to be good at hiding it when she was around but I’m at a point where pretending I’m ok makes me wanna break down. I told her nothing is wrong with me and I nervously laughed but I knew she saw through that bullshit. Younger me said that this would eventually pass but it’s been years and I lowkey think I’m just addicted to this depressing feeling at this point. I go to my few friends but they just make jokes and I can’t afford a therapist. My confidence with not only women but people in general is at an all time low and I hate myself for it.
I’ve asked god why he made me this way even though I’m not a religious person just because I feel like if he is real he’d be the only person with an actual answer.
