How to Fix Audio Crackling and Stuttering in Rpcs3

First, apply it to the game in need, not your global settings. I came here to help the game Fuel. The game was unplayable due to the audio stuttering issues. This worked well and the game works great other than some minor graphics delay issues for distance views.

Surprisingly enough, the video instruction worked for me! It really fixed the problem of my audio stutter in the PS3 version of "Demon's Souls."

For Ratchet and Clank HD I only did the CPU settings and it worked. The crackling and audio delay were fixed entirely. Thank you for the tutorial.

For anyone else watching this video, you don’t have to do all the settings. Do them one by one and test the game out each time you change something. Sometimes an overkill of settings will make the game run worse or create other issues.

Tried these settings and it caused my game to lag and crash often, I have an RTX3070 and never experienced it before changing to these settings, it also didn't fix the audio issues for me
