Trump, Harris both holding North Carolina campaign events this week

Former president Donald Trump is set to visit Asheville on Wednesday, Aug. 14 according to a release from his campaign.

The release said Trump will "deliver remarks on the economic hardships" caused by the current presidential administration.


Meanwhile, Vice President Kamala Harris is scheduled to visit North Carolina this week, according to her campaign.

Harris will be in Raleigh on Friday, Aug. 16, to discuss her plan to lower costs for middle-class families, according to a news release. Harris, the leader to become the Democratic nominee, is also expected to discuss how her administration will take on corporate price gouging.

I’m a veteran so I’m definitely never Trumper I could never ever in 1 million years vote for Donald Trump. As a veteran, my son is a veteran, and I have a daughter and I have granddaughters and for those reasons alone I could never vote for Trump and what he stands for I’m definitely going to vote for Kamala and for waltz their values align with mine I could never align myself with Trump and what he stands for seriously he’s just disgusting.
