I don’t know why every time I watch this channel. I wanna quit truck driving and go to culinary school. The only cooking I ever did was 50 years ago at Arthur Treacher’s fish and chips as a kid. I really enjoy your channel!

I’m an Italian chef and I actually love and enjoy your videos. I’ve never seen your recipes here because traditional Italian cuisine is pretty different but it’s cool to see how different chefs around the world interpret our culture. We drink Sambuca and some people add a tiny bit on our small cups of coffee but I’ve never thought of using it on shrimps. I’ll definitely try it! Cheers from Italy ❤
