Dude WHAT IS THIS trailer??? They got this all wrong!!! Artemis already knows about all the magical things from page one! That’s why he wanted to take their magic book to lure an elf and capture her to which then causes all the LEP officers to go after him? He doesn’t get “introduced” to the Magic by his father? His father doesn’t have any role until the second book and plus Artemis doesn’t do ANY fighting...that’s why he has a butler...waaaay to ruin a good series...

What did you do to my beloved series about a child antihero-genius-mob boss??!!!?!! Was that scene in the bank the one from when Artemis steals a painting in the fourth book? Holly and Artemis are not ALLYS (at least not at first) HAVE YOU READ THE GOD DAMN BOOKS??!!

Really Disney, how hard is it to make a movie based on the FIRST book and not the entire plot of the series. Just use the book as a script, honestly 🤷‍♂️

Wait I'm confused, is this movie related to the book series Atermis Fowl? I remember reading them when I was young. I might be recalling this wrongly, but I'm pretty sure the character, Atermis Fowl, when first introduced, was practically the villain of the story. Or is this based on another later book?
Plus I remember his dad being just a criminal that died or something, he shouldn't have anything to do with the magical world.
