Great techniques, and happy to see how easy set up is. The only problem I have are the comments on editing photos (making grass greener, adding enhancements to the sky, etc). I sell homes to folks who never visit them and if they buy due to an edited video and they find out the photo has been enhanced and their gorgeous home is actually next to a slum, or under a powerline, there is going to be a problem. Just saying editing photos can be a slippery slope.

So if I use the insta 360 one X and take photos throughout the property I can just upload them to the sight, and within 24 hrs you'll be able to make me a 360 virtual tour ?
And can I download the tour to so I can save it, and then post it on my own site, social media or even text it to a potential buyer?

Some software can create floorplans from photos with measurements. Does your software platform support this?

I notice when you click from photo to photo in the virtual tour the screen goes black and then you are at the next location. Can there be a smother transition like you are walking there? or no?

Great video. How do you replace the sky in a 360 photo? I know Luminar 4 can do AI Sky Replacement in a couple of mouse clicks, but I have not yet tried it on a 360 photo. Would you care to share your technique, or would that not be good for business?

Thanks for the video. I wanted to ask, when taking shots of outside the house, its best to take the pictures from the four corners of the house like you did and not at the centre as you did for the interior shots? I just want to be sure. Thank you.

Hi I’m just getting started in Real Estate 360 Virtual tours. I’ll be using your company starting next week to produce our tours for our agents. What additional part do I need to buy besides the tripod and the Theta V so that my camera rotates?
