I'm a real estate photographer, a few things

Number 1 : not using f8 -f10 to get entire scene sharp and in focus

Number 2 : is he not shooting HDR, we shoot 7 frames in HDR

Number 3: we actually don't shoot at iso 100, which sounds counter intuitive but with a camera like Sony A7R2 or A7r3 if you shoot at iso 1000 there is very little noise but makes the shutter way faster and makes the lights and light flares much cleaner

Thanks for putting together. I should mention though that F8 is The sharpest aperture to use with a 2.8 lens. Also you can get a cheap wired remote online that should save you from having to keep contorting around the camera and save yourself waiting three seconds every picture. Also if it has a Wi-Fi and wireless app you can frame your shots on a nice large tablet or laptop screen instead of tiny built in monitor.

I've been using OpenDoor self tour listings as my test bed to build a little bit of a portfolio to pitch to people. You're the first person I've seen that mentioned a polarizer. I came to that realization today while looking at a house that had these oddly glossy floors

I’ve watched a dozen or more videos similar to this, by far the easiest to understand and the most to the point. Great job

I know this is a 3 year old video, but it has been an integral one for setting things up. Today I get to try it all out for the first time on a big shoot. We'll see how it all goes down. :) Thanks Andrei

Great advice! I'd love to see how you incorporate flash into your workflow and how you capture necessary but ugly spaces (attics, utility rooms, etc.).

Thank you for this great video, Andrei! I'm about to begin freelancing real estate photography, and I am extremely nervous to get started. This made me feel a little more confident.

Wish you all the best!

Love the way you processed these photos. Would you be willing to do a video showing how you got the end result?
