You have to differentiate between male and female colors. In male German colors there's no such thing like Lavendel, it's just lila. Magenta? No, just rosa. Eierschalenweiß? What's that? It's just weiß 😉

Im Deutsch kann man entweder rosa oder pink sagen.
Adjektive und Farben schreib man übrigens auch im deutsch klein.
