Christ saved me and delivered me out of the fire of hell that I was Destind for, he hit me with a train of unconditional love, he took away the wrath, punishment and sorrow of my sins, now I can rejoice in him for I have eternal life through Jesus, I have eternal relationship with God because of What Jesus took physically spiritually and emotionally not just on the cross but for 33 years. He got off his holy throne and he took my punishment, I'm no longer brought down by sin and attached to but I am saved by Jesus who is Lord and God's promise as the savior, I love you faimly ❤️

I heard this carol, which has always been my favorite, right before Christmas in 1984....the very first Christmas as a born it just brought tears....and it still does....35 yrs tears of joy!!!!

Story time: so when I was about 1 or 2 I had a dream and in my dream I heard this song. Fast forward about 11 years, I’ve been looking for the song. I only knew the melody but not the name or anything about it. I didn’t even know that it was a Christian song. I have just found it and I thank the lord for this song. I fall short of the grace of God alot but I listen to this hymn and I feel gods love Jesus Christ are Lord and savior. Its beautiful the art work also is very reassuring with angels watching over us I can only imagine how beautiful heaven will be and pray for forgiveness so I will spend eternity there .. Amen
