The command worked! You are a LIFESAVER! Obviously I didn't just run a random command that I found on the internet. I checked what the command did before.

FYI: the command first gets a list of all apps that are installed on the PC (this includes built-in windows apps, like the start menu and libraries like .NET). Then the % means "do the following action for each element found". This action tries to reinstall the given app based on its given manifest file (a file that describes things like the version and how to install the app). Verbose means that you get more text on the command line, so it is easier to spot issues during this process. And from what I read DisableDevelopmentMode can be used to install packages that might have become corrupted.

The reason I used it was because after the update to win 10 ver 21H2 my action center and windows updates were broken and program icons didn't show up anymore on the task bar.
