With an Insurance broker, there are many benefits to you. Below is a list of all the benefits, A broker is MORE Competitive because they shop rates for you. They can provide many options Vs. just one. Flexibility is huge, especially for Renewals. If your rates go up with one carrier they can easily change Carriers for you.
Honest Feedback -
With a broker you are going to get a more honest answer because they have other options. Instead of captive insurance where they can only offer what they have in-house. Not that the big firms aren’t ALWAYS Honest, it's just that they may not tell you about holes in their insurance. They won’t want to lose you to another carrier. They are humans and might cut corners to AVOID Losing the sale.
Less awkward when Cancelling -
Your agent can cancel your current carrier and sign up new in minutes. No questions asked, No awkward begging.
More Convenient -

Your agent can compare apples to apples. So you know what your coverage is.
You wouldn't want them to gloss over the fine print and skip large exclusions. Like if they depreciate the roof too 60% or have a $16,000 roof deductible. You're basically self ensuring the roof at that point.

Apparently, people think you’’ get the runaround and can't talk directly with your agent. You can call JP direct. Right to his Cell phone. Also, he typically saves you money and with Better coverage.
Brokers charge extra fees…Wrong. They get paid the same way as other agents it doesn't cost you a penny more. Many times less. We do NOT sell your info to any third-party companies.
