I don't think that's a cop.I think he's robbing the store. Even the store clerks look uneasy.
Just to be on the safe side.I will call 911 and report a person in a police officer uniform. Threatening to use a gun is assaulting other customers in the store. He's acting nervous, rude and hostile.

This is when you file a police complaint and you call the district manager of the company to complain about the police officer they have hired for 50 bucks an hour to do security. Also mention the fact that you're considering a lawsuit against their store because of this police officer
