During my career as a drummer, I played this tune with Ray many times. Thanks for the memories.

memories of a 6-year-old dancing with her dad in the kitchen to this and 60 years later wishing he knew then how much I loved that moment

Every time, every time I listen to this song my vision gets blurry, throat feels heavy. It's not just the lyrics or the composition, it's also the way Mr. Ray Charles renders the song pouring out all his emotions.

This so makes me think of my Dad who died just short of the millennium. I'm crying even as I text. I miss my Dad, and I'm 72 years old. It never goes away, especially when listening to music like this.

When I think of truly romantic music, I think of this kind of music, not the music we hear today

One of the greatest singers who ever lived, absolutely no question,

This era of record production in my opinion was the pinnacle of all recorded music. Brilliant, emotive, lush -- the bass lines themselves are to die for. Listen to the strings and choral work and the stereo mix. It feels completely live and we're right in the middle of the mix. So grand.

I was born in 1962 and throughout my school days I was ridiculed about my taste in music but I didn't flinch Ray Charles Dean Martin Sam Cooke and Elvis Presley were my heroes and always will be 🤩🤩🤩

Groundhog day cemented in my mind the image of this song being like snuggling up with your better half in a warm, cozy blanket on a cold winter's night.

The man covered so many styles of music during his lifetime. This is such a beautiful song. What a talent!
