In this programme, Dr Alan Bruce, CEO and Director of a company called Universal Learning Systems, based in Dublin but involved in educational projects across the world, spoke about the opportunities global citizenship opens up for educational innovation, particularly with regard to new forms of technology and pedagogy and widening access to new communities of learners.
