My tamarind was rlly sour so I sweetened it with maple syrup and it was delicious 🤤 it has me going to the bathroom like crazy, keeps my mouth moist ! I can feel it pulling out everything !

You can put tamarind in a glass jar with water in a couple of hours or a full day you can shake your jar and the pulp and everything start to fall off and boom baby you have the juice. If you let it sit too long in a jar it ferments which taste good to like a beer type

I made my homemade tamarind juice today. and added ginger for a twist of taste.and since lots of dates here in Oman I add also the syrup :D

You can also use the pulp version which is basically tamarind with the shell removed and compacted into a block. It has the fiber and all its nutrients without being processed or pasteurized.

Mexican guy here. We let the tamarind soak in boiling water for an hour then we process to make it on the blender or use our clean hands to break up the tamarind pulp. Using your hands is the best method because you can adjust the thickness of your juice.
