Today I want to cover the best foods for gallstones. Gallstones are caused by a situation where you have supersaturated cholesterol that’s forming a stone. But, just because you have high cholesterol, this doesn’t mean that you’ll get a gallstone. You also have to have low amounts of bile salts. The foods that we’re going to talk about are great for increasing bile production. Primary bile salts are made by your liver, and secondary bile salts are made by your microbes.
