Today I want to cover the best foods for gallstones. Gallstones are caused by a situation where you have supersaturated cholesterol that’s forming a stone. But, just because you have high cholesterol, this doesn’t mean that you’ll get a gallstone. You also have to have low amounts of bile salts. Supersaturated cholesterol, in combination with a bile deficiency, could lead to gallstones.

The foods that we’re going to talk about are great for increasing bile production. Primary bile salts are made by your liver, and secondary bile salts are made by your microbes.

There are a lot of natural things that can help you increase bile and reduce gallstones.

I use thiamine a lot, it keeps me awake during the day(I have Hashimoto’s). I use 1 gram a day. Lately I hasn’t noticed right away that my latest délibéré was in 100 mg capsules instead of 250 mg. No wonder I felt tired all the time and on top of that I developed pain in the gallbladder. I upped my b1 intake again (thiamine) back to 1000 mg per day, no more gallbladder pain! And I have more energy but that’s something I already knew. And I ordered a new bottle of 250 mg b1. Big relieve.... it shows how well supplementation can work for you.
I didn’t realize it until I saw this vidéo.

Please talk about a diet for a pre-diabetic person with gallstones. Diabetes diets irritate the gallbladder and gallbladder diets spike the blood sugar.

I've done the keto diet for 5 months and got gallstones/sludge. I've had no processed, bad oils or sugar.

I just ordered your gall bladder formula and the choline. I already take cod liver oil and grass fed butter. It’s hard for me to find endive but I do love it. Beets are not keto approved but I do eat the greens. Love ACV and lemon in water. Can’t find fresh okra in the stores either.

Hello Dr. Berg, THANK YOU for all the great videos. I'd like t suggest a video on "What people that suffer from Gluten intolerance should and should not eat (other than not eating Gluten) and how it affects the body. Gluten intolerance is very different than Celiac decease, but no one want to take it seriously. I'm hoping you can shed some light on it.

Thank you. I just found out through a medical check that I have 5 mini gall stones, and some liver fat. I was searching for foods to eat to reverse that if possible.

Excellent video
Dr You can add Radishes & coffee to that list.

I've developed GB issues due to my heart & cholesterol meds, and found that Radishes help to increase my bile as does a cup of coffee.

BTW, I IF either 16/8 or 18/6 daily

I don't know if I have gallstones but lemon juice beetroot juice and coconut milk were the only things that help me digest food reduce gas which is an issue no doctor was able to identify for me for 10 years.
