Today is another video on my favorite - Smash Burgers!! Since it’s cold outside, there are alternatives to using a Blackstone. One alternative that works great is Cast Iron Skillet. It doesn’t have the surface area for large cooks but it does make a formidable burger. See for yourself!

Excellent video flick. Cast iron smash sliders are all I do. That burger looked the kine grindz but I’d make it double cheese, no lettuce, go pickled jalapeños heavy and a lot more red onion. I just love cheeseburgers.

Great job I’m not spending the money on something. I already have in my kitchen. Great video I’ll buy a Blackstone in about 10 years when they’re on Facebook marketplace for 20 bucks. 😂

Hi Ron, im curently decided which griddle to buy for smash burger, a cast iron top or a steel one. Which makes the better burgers in your opinion?

Sup Ron, great video, can relate, I'm in RI, I will try the burger sauce too, never added the heat lol, I have a 12" cast iron skillet and can do 2 3oz smashburgers, or one like you made which I do 1 6oz for me lol, sometimes if I want medium rare, both have their own juiciness, so hard making burgers for family, some want thin, some thicker smashburger med, and pub 8oz med rare, and rare ect 😂🤣, crazy, laughed when saw all the items out, even my burger sauce on any, some add ketchup, some a ton lol, wife adds Howards sweet pepper relish, oldest adds A1 or Hines chili sauce, on top of burger sauce 🙄, will have them try with the siracha and pepper flakes, but youngest daughter puts tons of ketchup on everything except cereal😂. Again tyvm tc 🍔
