2 1/2 Cups of Slightly Warm Steamed Rice (About 380 to 400 grams)
1/2 Cup Crab Meat
2 Large Eggs
2 Tbsp Peanut/Vegetable Oil
1/4 Med-Sized Yellow or Red Onion, diced
2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
3 Scallions, chopped
2 to 3 tsp Light Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Chicken Powder or Sugar
2 to 3 tsp Fish Sauce
Sea Salt, to taste
White Pepper, to taste

Serves 2 (light meal)

I had the best crab fried rice in Japan. It's savory but very flavorful with real crab meat.
