Been making this dish for years! It’s fantastic!! I really love how you give a description of each ingredients desired outcome of cooking them! So many videos on here don’t tell you what you want your ingredient to look like or smell like etc to know when you’ve cooked it correctly!! Thank you 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼💙💙💙 this dish was actually very popular in Sicily when I was growing up before moving to the Caribbean then usa! I use Old Bay for my “heat” seasoning and it works great in every dish no matter what! The flavor it provides for s totally based on how much you use! In hamburgers for example just a 1/2 tbs will finely flavor 6-8 burgers with a subtle hint of fire!!

I make fried rice all the time. And was wondering when I could do new. Recently bought some claw crab meat! Now I know what to do🎉 I usually use oyster sauce and then I use less soy sauce. I also sprinkle in a little bit of chicken bouillon flavor
