In Fiqa Hanafi Octopus Is not Halal but for others Fiqas there is no issue but irony is that majority of Pakistan follow fiqa Hanafi (i.e Deobandi & Bralvi). For other 3 fiqas All seafood is halal unless it is not toxic or any evidence of haram
