Listen, criticism is critical when running a business. I love both channels and I don’t want there to be any drama, but when people said you were “unskilled” basically it made me upset. They must not have seen any of your work. People are rude and the way you responded was sassy and classy, which I appreciate.

I went over to NCE comment section to see what all the fuss was about. Let's get into:

1) I AM a licensed nail tech in multiple states with 2+ decades in the game.
2) I saw the NCE beginners kit review video. I have also watched a multitude of your videos. You can ALWAYS learn something new from someone else.
3) Your beads are fine. Each system requires a different liquid to powder to ratio.
4) IMO, if NCE system is truly an no odor to odorless system, their should have been extra instructions.
-Odorless acrylic systems have larger molecules than traditional acrylic systems. This means that they evaporate slowly and you have to work with smaller beads.
EMA: ethyl methacrylate is used in traditional systems🔹️
MEM: Methoxyethoxy ethyl methacrylate is used in low odor to no odor systems 🔷️

5) The wetness or dryness of a bead DOES NOT determine if it yellows when the liquid and powder react. Yellowing is common with low/no odor systems. There's usually an inhibition layer that needs to be filed off before filing and shaping. Sometimes the yellowing clears. We use these at state board so as not to pass out from the fumes.
6) Like Max from enailcouture, it is VERY unprofessional to hash this out for the world to see. The beauty industry is small and you NEVER know who knows who. A private inbox to you for a chat could have squelched the gossip. A lot of your subscribers are hers as well. I shan't not return. Professionalism is EVERYTHING! Once you get a bad reputation in the industry, cancel all the parties and invites. I understand that this is her baby yet things go wrong sometimes. Be open to constructive criticism and make adjustments that improve your product/service and people will keep rocking with you. Consistency and customer service oriented will keep you fed and booked.

This will only benefit you. Same as how it did Dipped in Pretty. What was meant for evil turned out for good because now more people know her name and yours. And you two rock with each other! Keep up the good work 💅🏿

I think her monomer to acrylic ratio is just fine. If you've seen her use the same ratio consistently, that means it works for her. And she be making some bomb nails, so let's not be to nit-picky.
