A good trick I learned in school to keep the tips glued to the practice fingers, is to buff & prime the the practice finger before gluing it down. It makes it nearly impossible to remove the extension and reuse the finger, but it's suuuuper annoying to fiddle with the glue for ten minutes trying to get it to hold. 😂 love your videos girl! So much talent.

Ooh it’s good to hear that the Mia monomer doesn’t have to strong of smell, I just finished off a bottle of the kiss monomer and girl that shot was SO strong!! I did my nails outside and the smell was still too strong

I may have jumped onto this channel a couple of years late, but thank you for this. I'm a guitarist that's been struggling with keeping my picking hand nails in good shape. I'm in a stretch where I can't see my usual nail tech, so I've been attempting to do my own work, and the results are not amazing. I don't aspire to be a great nail tech, I already have one, but I need a solution for these awkward times whenI can't see my usual tech. I've been using consumer grade product, and about 7-8 days in I tend to get a little lifting at the edges and sometimes some cracking (I am using my nails on steel strings). I think I'm going to invest in the Mia Secret line in hopes that higher grade product can last the full two weeks I'm used to getting when I actually get to see a professional. Thanks again.

Absolutely EXCELLENT review! I just ordered this through Amazon and then went back and read some of the 1 star reviews that weren't so favorable, but your video put me at ease! I too saw a LOT of reviews about the Mia Secret powder being strong and lift resistant which is why I wanted it in the first place. I too have been using Kiss and then tried ASP and the ASP lifted on almost ALL my nails in a matter of two days! Really crappy when it takes well over an hour to my own full set! Just felt like a LOT of time wasted and I didn't want to have to deal with that again! Thank you so much for putting this video together! I can't WAIT for my products to be delivered! Is anyone else screams wipe the liquid off that brush Seriously though if u do wipe your brush in between dipping and after you lay it on your nail you are going to mess your brush and mix your liquid and powder

Mia Secret is my favorite products to work with as far as the acrylic in the gel. I’ve been doing nails 25 years and I haven’t found a product that works this good in 18 years. The UVA/LED gel topcoat is a little bit tricky, it’s so thick even if you put on a thin coat, on it does not cure as fast or as great as I would like it to. You have to put it under UVfor like six minutes and an LED two minutes. I also I’m not a fan of their Forms, but they do have a Lotta great other products and I hope they never quit making it and never go up in price, because I do think it is a little pricey for the little containers. I wish they would make like 24-36 ounce bottles of powder and bigger containers of gel.
