I take magnesium Glycinate for sleeping is way better for me. I went from 4 hours of sleep a night to 10 hours of sleep 🤯, I also make sure not to drink caffeine 6 hours before sleep, and try to avoid heavy energizing vitamins like B12 as well, I take it on an empty stomach. One pill...or two... sometimes I'll take it with 5htp and lthionine....and have you heard of negative ions...lol

I had the Samething happened to me, after taking this it kept me awake all the night, this and magnesium glycinate had the same effect on me, I couldn’t figure out what was keeping me awake, because I thought this was supposed to improve your sleep, so when you started taking it during the day, were you able to fall asleep at night.
