Turtle mode on battery 12/15/2020

SUV was in the shop on 7/23/2020, Volvo assured me the "vehicle functioning as designed after software update". This was included in the ticket for the repair work.
As you can see from the video the car is in Pure mode. It was running on battery today for about 7 miles. As I was driving on battery at about 45MPH I had a system failure and it went into turtle mode to protect the gas engine. The gas engine never ran until it went into turtle mode. There should of been no reason to protect the gas engine as it wasn't running. The SUV remained in turtle mode for the rest of the trip to work.
This has happened many times but I have been unable to safely catch it on video until today.
