Nerve Stretches for numbness and tingling into your hand

Are you experiencing numbness and tingling into your hand? There are a few main nerves that travel from the neck and into the arm and hand that can be responsible for these uncomfortable sensations.

Try these nerve gliding techniques to help desensitize the nerve.

The key is to find a glide that brings on a mild, familiar sensation at any point through the movement, and then stop at that point and return to the starting position and repeat. Do NOT push in to pain.

The sensations should reduce or your range of movement you can achieve without the sensation should increase as you do this exercise.

Try 15 reps, 5x throughout the day.
