What about Hunter Prince? The Son of Wonder Woman, but given up for adoption to the Kents (Lois and Clark) as soon as he was born. Hunter was raised as Jonathan Samuel Kent's little brother in the "Justice League: Legacy" timeline.

You left out Clark Kent Jr, from the World's Finest Saga of the Super-Sons. He teamed with Bruce Wayne, Jr on a cross-country journey, riding behind Bruce on a motor-cycle. He was revealed to be the product of a computer simulation that Superman created to see what would happen if he had a son.
