🔆Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 6, Verses 28:
युञ्जन्नेवं सदात्मानं योगी विगतकल्मष: |
सुखेन ब्रह्मसंस्पर्शमत्यन्तं सुखमश्नुते || 28||
yuñjann evaṁ sadātmānaṁ yogī vigata-kalmaṣhaḥ
sukhena brahma-sansparśham atyantaṁ sukham aśhnute
🔴 Thus, ever engaged in making the mind steadfast in spiritual communion and having all the impurities of the mind effaced thereby, the Yogin easily experiences the intense Bliss of contact with Brahman.

🔆Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 6, Verses 29:
सर्वभूतस्थमात्मानं सर्वभूतानि चात्मनि |
ईक्षते योगयुक्तात्मा सर्वत्र समदर्शन: || 29||
sarva-bhūta-stham ātmānaṁ sarva-bhūtāni chātmani
īkṣhate yoga-yuktātmā sarvatra sama-darśhanaḥ
🔴 The man of spiritual insight, established in same-sighted-ness, sees the Self as residing in all beings and all beings as resting in the Self.

Atmayaji = One who Sacrifices the apparent self in the real Self! Lower self into real Self/Self realisation.

Atmayaji is free of raaga, dwesha and fear. This is freedom from sansar.
