Hey, not sure if you'll see this but baking soda with a tiny bit of water (think like a paste) is like magic for getting burnt egg off a stainless steel pan

You have a stainless steel pan.. if you let it get up to temp before adding oil (about 10 mins or so on medium heat) you can then add oil and it’ll be non stick
No more burnt egg

So I'm a chef and just to give a little advice on egg cracking, do it on a flat surface and pretend you have two ping pong balls in your hand and you have a quarter in-between them. If you separate the balls and drop the quarter, that's how you crack an egg with one hand and with less calcium lol.

You are very organized! My only helpful advice is a large Tupperware with a tight lid in your cooler. Then that way, no matter how much melted ice water you have, your groceries stay dry. Good luck !
