Egg Sandwich

I can't believe anyone would make egg sandwiches with anything other than soft boiled eggs! Hard boiled = rubbery little white bits in the creamy filling. No thanks!

Idk why but egg sandwiches have never seemed appetizing to me. Likely because I don’t like hard egg yolk (love runny). This video has officially changed my mind.

I like to put a smidge of dried tarragon into my egg salad, it pairs very well. Always a big yes to mustard in any savory salad mixes, ie tuna, chicken, potato, macaroni, etc.. 👍❤️

here's a twist for those who'd like it: on lightly toasted bread, with very crispy (not burnt) bacon, and I always use a bit of Old Bay Seasoning (or celery salt and paprika/cayenne if no Old Bay in the house), room temp or sharp cheddar that's sat out for an hour or two, optional. (many cheeses are much tastier, more "concentrated" in flavor when left out of fridge for an hour or two, common knowledge in some parts of the world, don't believe me? just try it and see for yourself!!)
