Garlic Rice Ingredients:

3 Tbs. Salted Butter
9 to 12 Cloves garlic (approximately 2 heaping Tbs)
2 cups Jasmine rice
3 cups Water
1 Green onion
Cilantro

I made this last night and it was so good! The cilantro makes it taste so refreshing and the bites of fried garlic makes every bite very flavorful. Thank you for such a yummy recipe. I can't wait to try another one.

That's awesome. I never did that kind of cooking garlic rice. All my life, I've been eating garlic rice by frying the cooked rice with garlic (typical way of how to make garlic rice here in the philippines). But thanks for this great idea! I thought your food blogs were all korean themed but yeah, got to drop by in this filipino inspired one. Yay! Love lots from the Philippines!

i finally got around to trying your recipe for my dinner and WOW!!! tasted great and was very easy to cook. i added in some red chili pepper to spice it up and served the dish with a steamed cabbage salad!!! you made my night!! and i have leftovers for tomorrow.
