I was at a friend’s house for iftar last night. They made this delicious chicken dish. I was like, “this is great, what is the marinade?” They go, “have you heard of this guy on YT called _The Golden Balance_ “ i was like, and then another person said, “you mean that cute arab guy that says, _now Bismillah_ “ we all basically knew you! The dish was amazing and full of flavor! I hope you compile enough recipes to get a cookbook together, you seriously deserved to be published! You combine amazing flavors, culture, and gratitude. Inshallah you have a blessed career ahead of you bc you’re already killing it 👏🙏🏼

You're gonna make me try these, I have a ridiculous amount of invasive grape vines on my property lol. I also have abundant mulberry, cherries and raspberry. Then there's the burdock, dandelion and thistle, red clover. I'm in Buffalo NY and the amount of edible " nuisance" edible plants has me looking for recipes. DEFINITELY doing these.

My mom uses tomato paste in hers (Called Dolmeh/Dolmah) and they give it a nice taste, although I’ve had versions where it’s super sour and I’m not a big fan of sour version lol
