Hey Matt,

A huge concern with appointment no shows & confirmations is the fine line between being conversational/helpful or coming across as a 'pushy salesmen' Understandably nurturing leads can lead to more sales, but some industries don't want to come across too forceful when nurturing leads, is there a way round this?

Great video. Love the idea of passive email marketing, but my budget is tight (just starting in lead gen). What do you think is the best, low budget follow up strategy? I'm considering manually texting and calling.

If I want to do a Database reactivation, but when the data was collected there was a privacy policy in place that didn't specify SMS Marketing, can I get in legal trouble for that?
