Wow Dr Andrea, this was such a great video. I'm a recovering prescription opiate addict sober 5 1/2 yrs this month. My legs started swelling a year after I got sober. That's about the time my chronic pain came back with a vengeance 😅lol. I've been seriously fasting for about a month now doing 20 fasting and 4 hr eating window. My swelling has gone down considerably but if I eat anything with carbs or sugar, my swelling comes back. I was wondering if you'd consider doing a video on sugar and a successful way to stop eating it. I know it's very addictive. I wanted to thank you for your guide sheet from your website, I'll download it today. Thank you for always putting out such great content. God bless you 😊

Good morning Dr. Furlan. Had foot break > DVT > CRPS. Massive swelling. Rotating between knee and thigh high compression. Knee high Sigvaris ALWAYS unravel behind the knee and cause rolling and indentation in the legs despite hand washing. Price for both is ridiculous. Never knew Pregabalin actually caused swelling too! Take 300mg twice daily. I spend time at my sewing machine and do the exercises you suggest however, its hard to live life daily with making time to "Elevate". I retire early as the pain levels are miserable, but at least I'm off my feet and my legs are up Then its the pain of the sheets and my clothing touching me! . I have a family member in poor health, at a very young age. He will benefit greatly from this video so I will pass it on. Thank you.
