Is Duolingo enough for German taught masters in Germany? | Learning German Language | MS in Germany

As I love using #Duolingo and I am using it since 2014, initially to start with learning the German language, later on, to try my hand at different languages such as Spanish, French, and Russian. But as this question got quite an attention on Quora, so I decided to put it on Youtube.

Sir, regarding mechanical and electrical engineering, is it true that in Hamburg and especially Berlin, it is very difficult to find job after graduation especially at the large companies in Berlin? Is engineering in South germany that much dominant over north(especially north east)?
