My big problem with Palpatine returning in Rise of Skywalker is that it devalues Anakin’s sacrifice for Luke in Return of the Jedi. Killing Palpatine was representative of Anakin returning to the light side with his son. To be honest, the whole premise that the long lost emperor has been hiding on some secret planet that nobody knows about yet still somehow manages to create some giant space fleet to rule the galaxy again is just ridiculous.

Unpopular opinion: Attack of the Clones is the most fun Star Wars movie. Not the best but the most fun. The ammount of things happening in that film is almost too many, but it is a testament of George Lucas' creativity. A light hearted space adventure with some of the most gorgeous music. I have a soft spot for it.

The one thing I think people always miss about Anakin's infamous "I hate sand" line is that when he was saying that, he wasn't actually talking about sand. He was born a slave on a desert planet, and probably has some pretty bad PTSD, and seeing sand triggers a lot of trauma for him. Yes, it could have been written a bit better, but that's always what I took it to mean.

11:20 - I truly never understood why people say Hayden can't act. He portrays Anakin with perfection. The arrogance, the anger, the sorrow, the pain, the confusion, the love. I remember watching ROTS as a kid and it left me scarred in the heart by what became of Anakin. The hatred, pain and evil can be felt by a single look from Anakin.
I think those who don't like Hayden as Anakin just don't want Anakin to be the character George want him to be. They don't want arrogance, confusion or frustration to be a part of Anakins character. But they are, and Hayden portrays these feelings very well, along with many more.
