Hey Guys!!
This is just me telling you how to do the inversion method....well how I plan to do the inversion method this week.

My results and your own if you wanna try as well!
I wish i would have said this in the video but if this method works it would be an awesome back up plan just in case we big chop sooner then expected. This method is said to give you 1 inch of growth in a week so basically growth of two months in one week. So if you were to use this method the time it would take for you to reach your goal will be sliced in half. Of course this may not work for everyone including me but I wanted to give it a try anyway.
