Machine learning is indeed going to be helpful in this scenario, not just in the medical field but most of those that rely on images and image processing. To add, image generators like Bluewillow AI is an example that uses machine learning.

Cool surprise to see my classmate give a Tedtalk. Incidentally i am also in machine learning lol, btw we us model bias and assurance AI that vet biases in the ML/AI models, even third party services help in this regards like TruEra, who also enable regulators vet model biases in the services and products designed by public sector and Corporate.
