Been seeing this channel for a while and gave it a shot, it is informative no doubt. But videos that are just playing in loop really doesn't help on keep you watching till the end. Teleportation is a risk. Has anyone not seen The Fly? Star Trek mentioned how the first teleportian was a huge failure and test subjects lost their lives. Maybe I'm overthinking this but it scares me.

Why don’t you talk about dollar value dropping? We used to change a water heater for $850 two years ago, it’s $1400-$1700 now . How can rents go down if cost of owning a rental property is going through the roof. This is not a normal economy. I would have bought your argument if it were a normal market. I guess you don’t eat eggs. Have you priced a dozen lately? Ok let blame that on chickens getting sick and die but what about a car wash? $49! it used to be $19 a year ago.

Investors are sitting in the sideline but the moment prices come down a bit more they will be rushing back in and pricing first time home buyers out of the market.

Check out New Zealand's banking system, I haven't been to the bank for 5 years, all my banking is done from home, instant money transfers directly into someone's account, business or personal, pay anywhere via card directly from my account and it's totally secure . If you pay someone accidently, contact the bank via phone and have that payment reversed, I haven't touched cash for over 2 years, the rest of the world are so far behind us that it's stupid .
