First and only time I've ever seen the zombies actually get the chopper, just gotta love these zombies, they're so mindless and absolutely rabid at the same time.

I always thought you'd be safe in a helicopter during the zombie apocalypse.

True, as long as the helicopter isn't on the ground or flying very low.

I could never understand just how poorly the heli pilots planned their lz,
Step 1. Have the people you're picking up in an optimal spot.
Step 2. Plan your approach to drag along the least amount and or a way to bait off zombies over a hard to escape area.
Step 3. Make final approach to lz and rescue the people.

As I understand this chopper is mix of "Aérospatiale SA 360 Dauphin" and "Bell 212"...
As a Israeli soldier I can tell that there is no such chopper in here and the tail logo doesn't coincide with any Squadrons here... Anyways everything was made very good. I loved the movie especially with it's effects.
