After the WW2 Japan has been controlled by the US. Japan’s constitution has been written by the US. US benefited from Japan’s technological progress and success, however it did not approve of their economy being to strong.

There was a time in the Philippines (sometime 2004-2007) where there were abundant graduates in Nursing. That hospitals, private and public, required nurses to undergo hospital training for 2 months and pay the hospital around 5 thousand pesos. So, in order for new nurses to have a work experience, they pay, without guarantee that they will get absorb or hired by that hospital. its like a modern day slavery. Its even worst because they pay their masters.
