People dont understand. Risk to Google is not break up, it is competition. Google ad business and search business is being killed by intense competition thats on its doorstop. And when it comes to break up, it would actually unlock more value to its shareholders. Bottom line, competition is bad, breakup is good for Alphabet shareholders
