I bought a PRS SE Custom 24 in 2013, having never played a PRS before. I bought it online and by the time it got to my door I was expecting to have to "work" on her (like I usually have to do with guitars I buy from physical stores), the opposite was true. From second one to now, two years later, haven't had to set her up at any point. I was so impressed that I bought another PRS SE (Zach Myers), again from the internet and again the same was true. I've had that baby for a year now and besides string changes nothing else has been adjusted or changed. I don't see any need for me to buy any more guitars. I have a Gibson Les Paul, I have a Fender Telecaster and Stratocaster, but they just sit in my guitar muti-stand unless I need a  very specific sound, then they go right back. I gig my PRS's I record my PRS's and I practice everyday (at least 4 hours) on my PRS's! I've been playing for 20 years this year and It took me nearly that long for me to find a guitar that is an extension of my mind. Thanks Paul.

Bought a PRS about 5 years ago and it's been my main axe ever since. Great sound, versatile, awesome feel. Looking forward to getting many, many more...

I had the pleasure of having Paul repair my Guild D40 when he was still in Annapolis, MD in his second-story shop. The top of the guitar had a large crack which the Guild factory (then in Rhode Island) was unable to repair properly. I still have that guitar and Paul’s repair has lasted decades - what a statement to the quality of his workmanship. Would I buy a guitar with this man’s name on it? Absolutely! I have an SE Custom 24 made in Korea - it’s beautiful, flawlessly made, and a joy to play. The only thing I’ve done to it is change the strings. Paul’s passion for the instrument is evident, and I’m impressed that he asked Lee about customer comments regarding the SE series. He’s a real human being at the helm of an internationally recognized company. Congratulations Paul, and to Lee for such a good interview!

Lee, thoroughly enjoyed the video today. Your questions and discussion points were great. You actually asked questions that were not mainstream and they were interesting because they actually caught PRS off guard a few times. Plus your playing was kickin there Cap'n! Keep it up brother, Cheers...

I'm Rickenbacker guy myself, but I always loved the pure dedication and love of the instrument that Mr.Smith has.... his ability to look forward while recognizing the past is as endearing as it is inspiring. Cool as a dead penguin man.

Man, I love Capt's playing, if it was 1960 now he would be fourth King of Blues.

The most inspiring part in this conversation for me is starting at 27:45...if my dad would have been more open to my preferences when I started to play guitar, I would have ended in a different place now. I will definitely consider this when I will introduce my children to the world of musical instruments. Thanks Captn !

Proud owner of a PRS. I honestly never get sick of this man talk about his guitars. I share his passion for the guitar.

Fantastic video. PRS is not only a great guitar maker and designer, he is also a very smart business man who seems to always try to listen to players and dealers, so he can offer the best possible guitars. Just the fact that he visited a music store and shot a video with the owner in a free-flowing jam and conversation shows how involved and confident he is in his work. Making good guitars demands passion and he seems to have plenty. Cool video!!

I must say I like the way paul engages with his customers. He is obviously a passionate guy about what he does (if you're a prs fan or not). Won't make me buy one on it's own mind, but never the less. Respect to the guy.

This was posted on my birthday. Yes, my life is a joke. This; seeing paul reed smith and lee anderton(who I knew would be a good pair), honestly, was a better birthday present than the model rocket kit i received. Thank you for this.
