Raise Your Standards.

The PRS Standard harkens back to Paul Reed Smith’s pre-factory all-mahogany guitars. Its all-mahogany construction promotes a warm, full, midrange-forward tone, and its “sinky” satin nitro finish brings a stripped-down look and roadworthy feel to the instrument.

Oh yes. That super dark rosewood against the headstock is stunning. And I’m all in favour of more black hardware. Well done, PRS!

The core Standard 24, my first high end guitar. I love it, and I've missed seeing it in the lineup.
Well done PRS, I'll be buying one.

Been drooling over those blue and red PRS since they posted then on their IG. Right up my alley!

Since owning 3 S2 satin 24's, THIS is the guitar I've dreamt of! That price tag is painful though. I wish we could get this in the S2 line up and pricing. Nonetheless, this is the PRS for those looking for less gloss and more texture. At least for me it is. Well done.

Please make a hardtail version. You would sell an incredible amount of them.

I already have way too many PRS guitars, but this one is nice!

£3.5K! I have a 20th Anniversary Standard 24 in black that I got for £1500 back in 2006. Adjusted for inflation that comes to about £2500. It's a glorious guitar but good lord that's a high price to swallow for this latest model.

I don’t fanboy much in comments, but this is a home run. Looks amazing and the new DMO pickups really stand out over the 85/15 which IMHO were a bit bland. This sounds and looks great.

Love the look - bringing satin finishes and attractive solid colors to the Core models was way overdue. Here is hope for a Standard 24-08 (with TCI pickups) and a Paul's Guitar or 408 (22 frets and TCI pickups) in the near future. As nice as it looks, the 85/15 or DMO pickups are not my thing at all. I would buy one of these the second they drop.

I like the sound of the new pickups and the black tuners are nice. Would love to retrofit those onto my Holcomb or 24-08, hopefully there's a locking version coming out soon 🤞 it'd be cool if the bridge was also black but with something that high touch I'm not sure if the anodizing would hold up well over time
