PRS should revisit this model with birds inlays on the neck with one version solide body and one how body!

It’s a great guitar

Can't wait to get my hands on one. Sienna finish with bird inlays.

Curious - does anyone know if they use the old PRS finish or the newer V12? To be honest, I've heard and seen mixed results of how well V12 holds over time. If these are done in the old finish, might be worth getting one for that alone.

I have one on hold at Atomic. I really wanted a Les Paul but the Starla does more for what I’m looking for plus 1/2 the price. Thank you PRS.

From a value standpoint, those of us who owned previously made Starla (non S2) and paid $1500 or probably just seen our guitars diminish for resale. PRS should think about this before introducing the same model at a reduced price.

I have to respectfully disagree. Take for instance the 'Special' line of Fender Strats and Teles: sure they're nearly identical feature-wise to American Standards, but Am Std's hold their value much better. Guitarists are a very discerning OCD bunch - they'll know the diff between an S2 and a non-S2. I also felt like PRS might be muddying the brand for us (non-S2) owners, but the fact is almost every guitar make has a USA entry level line.
