Its just ridiculous how many different things are being considered the culprit for conditions. There should be comprehensive test/s to be done, to know where to start.

See the problem is the rxn can happen later and it impacts more than just the digestive system like moods, sleep, brain fog, swelling, acne, etc., over a period of time and not right away. So idk about that study. I'd be curious how they decided people didn't have symptoms and what criteria people used to notice their symptoms

I’m one of the gluten sensitive affected people, I tried removing one item of my food supply at a time and when gluten source (bread) was removed, voila, all discomfort gone.

The gluten sensitivity is very real thing, I heard multiple people saying its not referencing a small studies which doesn't mean anything, and nobody is taking into account how much genetecly modificated the wheat got in modern age which probably caused people problems

Wow its almost like gluten intolerance is actually really hard to be tested for because the person has to eat gluten for ages to do the test.

I can’t digest gluten properly so If I do eat it I need medicine immediately or I’m sick for a month because of digestion issues… sure it’s “fake”.

It doesn't matter what people or studies say. If i am feeling better without gluten, then i am not eating it. And i will tell everybody that I am allergic. I don't care if its placebo. I feel better and that's what matters.

I know many people disagree, but looking into the Fodmap diet is a good thing. We don't know much about it in the US. A nedical center in Australia is the last in the research. I discovered it when I was diagnosed with fructose malabsorptiom.

You do realize that there are 400 variants of gluten, just because one may not bother you does not mean the rest won’t, just have to figure out which ones do. That bar may not have had the variant of gluten that causes the sensitivity in that person.

I thought I was gluten intolerant. The welts on my skin, the swelling on my face. I would just take 1 to 3 benedryla in 24 hours it went away. I lived in rhe U.S then and couldn't afford the cost. Because those tests are not paid via insurance but out of pocket. I made ti Germany a country of the best bread and best beer. And my reactions became stronger, more sudden, and lasted longer. Finally, got my blood tested NOT out of pocket in Germany. Turned out I had an autoimmune diease this time. Becaise I have alway documented my flare ups (work gets annoyed with yoh after awhile so you have to) and 2 weeks later. I turn in my report and Yup. There is was can't eat ANY GLUTEN. Not even gummies. I tried, no this is legit. Either you are or you aren't. Say good bye to eating iut at resturants and getting laughed and have to prove your by having a reaction in front of them After the company lunch. Number 2 most helpful insight this not herditary. This is how you reacted in the womb to chemcial that was added to wheat or flour and your mom ate, supposedly from what Inheard don't quote me. The fetus's body (a very intuitive fetus you are) then learned that this is a threat fight it at all cost. So, it attacks 2 you instead of the invasion, with makes it autoimmune. Like it's not even the wheat's fault your body has learned to reject it. It was manmade interference.
3. Gluten free pasteries and bread sucks, it's not worth wasting you loney on. It's better to stop eating UNLESS you use scharf's white toast. Even I didn't have Celiac I would still make my grilled cheese and tuna melts one them.

If you’re in the USA gluten intolerance is very real unfortunately. Our wheat isn’t the same as Norway’s.

I was going to disagree until he ruled out celiacs disease. If you have gluten intolerance, I recommend getting checked for celiac’s disease ❤
