Feel like my face is oily because I sweat a lot, and there's a lot of moisture when I apply products, but my face is also dull, colorless hella pale so I really thought I was dehydrated or dry since I don't really drink water much

I’m confused tbh, sometimes when i do makeup, my nose looks really dry by the end of the day or really oily and it kind of absorbs the highlight and contour i put on my nose. Then there was this one time my nose was dry in one small circle on the tip of my nose and the rest of my nose was oily . Then my chin gets creases with foundation, But my forehead alway seems to stay oily but just a bit.

I have normal/dry skin . It’s normal in summer etc but since it’s winter rn it’s really dry, my skin is also breaking out like sort of rashes..

I understand for combination skin but what if ur T zone isn't oily but the other parts of ur face are? (Like the cheeks and around the mouth)?

I have really dry skin in the winter like it gets really flaky and in like summer-fall I don't know if it's a combination, oily, normal, or dry skin but I did the test and the I had alot of on my forehead but my cheeks had little to non on the paper so I don't know what I am I want to figure it out and I was wondering if someone could tell me what it sounds like maybe point me in a direction? Plus another question are you suppose to have a different skin routine for different seasons? or should it just depend if you have different problems like winter-dry skin then summer-oily skin I don't know I don't have any skin care products cause I don't know what I'm supposed to be looking for so any help would be appreciated thank you
